    Don't do business with 21 Century insurance. They charge cancellation fees. $58 for not doing business. Worst insurance company, they didn't event tell you in the front. Ask all detail before you send your payment, In California they are not require you to sign before they can charge you (that is what the 21st told me after I find out the charge and the sales lady is very rude
